We live in a world where most people are disassociated from their body because of expectations of body image, technology, trauma, and so much more. Embodiment is the practice of reconnecting with our body wisdom and intuition through sensation, movement, feeling, emotion, breath and sound. 


In this session, you will be guided towards discovering what sensations and emotions are alive within, and express them through your movements, postures, gestures, dance, and writing. By getting out of the cognitive mind and tuning into our sacred body wisdom, we can enhance our intuition and open ourselves to receive messages from beyond. We can become whole again. The answers are within you.
