You understand that purchasing access to a group event or mentorship program via this site that you will receive embodiment guidance, coaching, and/or audio practices. I do not offer any warranties and all payments will be handled through this site, unless an alternative approach is agreed upon via email.

My governing jurisdiction is the state of California and I operate within those laws.

Participant accepts and agrees that they are 100% responsible for their experience. Participant commits to accepting what is offered by the Company and to participate fully. Company is not responsible for Participant’s failure in participating as directed or achieving specific results or outcomes.

Medical or Psychological Conditions: In the event of any medical or psychological emergency contact 911 immediately. Katy Avila is not qualified to render medical or psychiatric diagnoses or treatment. If you are struggling with depression, substance abuse, other addictions, or any other behavior that may affect your safety or the safety of someone else, consult a qualified professional for treatment immediately.

PRIVACY POLICY

I respect your confidentiality and must insist you respect mine. You agree not to infringe on the Company’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights. You may receive audio programs and written materials. Distribution, reproduction or sale of any materials provided to you by the Company is strictly prohibited. We will honor your confidentiality unless required by law to disclose any information.

RETURN/REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

Contact me immediately by email or text with any rescheduling request (preferably more than 48 hours before your session). If you have to reschedule a session, your payments will continue normally because they are automated, and we will find another time to meet.

Keep in mind that postponing your sessions postpones your progress, and it may be difficult to find an alternative day/time that is convenient for you. Think of each coaching session as similar to an important doctor’s appointment.

​

Rescheduling is sometimes a sign of resistance, often caused by fear or unwillingness to face a particular problem. This resistance is a normal part of the mentoring process. However, we cannot be more committed to your growth than you are. As a result, I reserve the right to terminate your enrollment in this program after consistent rescheduling requests.

You will be charged immediately. By completing this payment you authorize the Company to charge your credit/debit card as payment. You agree that you are responsible for full payment.

​

If you skip a payment or for some reason the credit card is declined, you are responsible for providing an alternate payment method. I reserve the right to not provide services if payment has not been made.

If you have purchased access to a group event or audio practice, no refunds will be made. 

​

If participating in a longer program, and you are not completely satisfied with the Program within the first 30 days, you may terminate this Agreement. No refunds will be made.

FULFILLMENT POLICY

When registering for a program, mentorship, event, etc. you will receive an email with details and access information within 48 hours. Nothing will be shipped or delivered, and digital products will be emailed to you immediately upon purchase for download.
